Mr. Abhishek Mohan Sinha
Abhishek Mohan, Co-Founder of the Firm, passed out from Faculty of Law, Delhi University, having extensive experience in IPR, Consumer Disputes, Arbitration & other Civil & Criminal Laws. He advises domestic as well as foreign clients on the laws and procedures for Trade Mark prosecution/ litigation. He has also assisted senior advocates in interpretation of SEBI Laws pertaining to compounding of criminal cases without consent of the SEBI. Abhishek started his practice before the Hon’ble Supreme Court and privileged to be associated with Hon’ble Justice Late Shri G. C. Bharukha and assisted HMJ Late Shri G. C. Bharukha in revision of a book on Contract Act “Contract Act by Mulla” (Student Edition). He has also assisted many sitting Judges of the Delhi High Court. Being a founder of the firm and as a leader he leads the team of well qualified, competent and experienced advocates who are working with the firm to provide proficient, proactive and dedicated professional services to its clients and offering unrivalled depth of legal resources.
Rohit Gupta passed out from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi has extensive experience in the field of Arbitration, Real Estate, Drafting & Documentation of all sorts of commercial deeds. He has assisted clients ranging from start-up companies to some of the largest multinational companies, financial institutions and prominent real estate companies of Delhi NCR. He worked at Central Bank of India for the period of around 23 years where in he dealt with different products related to credit operation, loan advances headed recovery cell and restructuring of debts etc apart from this rendered his valuable services to FOREX Department for around 13 years. Since 2014, Practicing at Delhi High Court and dealt with various types of assignment related to DRT and DART appeals, CAT, Civil and Criminal practice, banking matters and FEMA Regulation matters.

He is looking after the corporate laws and laisoning work with Quasi Judicial Authorities like Company Law Board, RBI, RoC, SEBI, Securites Appellate Tribunal, etc.
Raghvendra Singh assists manufacturer, importer & traders to get the required certificates/registrations from the concerned government departments. These certificates are like BIS, LM PCR, WPC approval, EPR Registration, CDSCO, approval of cosmetics or medical. He is also into the Liasioning & Regulatory Approvals.

Shailja Khare is a key member of the Dispute Resolution team of the Firm. She is an expert in Family Laws. She represents in all area of family law including divorce, paternity, custody, child support, alimony, etc. She provides advice & legal representation in matters related to adoption, child custody, guardianship and numerous other family related disputes. She is also looking into the IPR operations of the Firm such as preparation of Trade Mark search report, filing of applications, responding the office action, appearing before the Trade Marks office, etc.
Amul Upadhyay is into hard core litigation and provides comprehensive litigation services. He also renders his expert advice in SARFASI Laws. Amul Upadhyay is representing many companies before different forums across Delhi and beyond including NCLT/NCLAT. Started practice with senior advocates during the initial days and represented many institutions and have also represented tariff fixation matters of electricity, wheeling of electricity related matters, arbitration service, telecom, banking, company, land and labour matters.
